A security deposit of 4 week’s rental is payable in advance as well as your first week’s storage fee. Your deposit is refundable when you hand in your key at the end of your storage contract with us.

We charge a weekly fee which is invoiced on a four-week basis, this is payable in advance along with the refundable deposit. We ask that a direct debit is set up before your contract start date and the four weekly charges will automatically be taken from your bank account going forward via our automated banking software.

We require a two week notice period if you plan to end your self-storage agreement, notice should be given in writing by email. Once your space had been inspected and signed off, we then refund your deposit and any outstanding storage charges from your pre-payment.

Site safety and the security of your belongings is taken extremely seriously. We have 24hr motion CCTV surveillance and a personalised keypad-controlled security gate system.

We provide the container padlock; we also keep a spare “master key” in our safe for absolute emergencies. You as the customer will be classed as the sole key holder for your container.

The minimum rental period is two weeks as this is our notice period. You can also store for as long as you require, there is no maximum rental period.

We strongly recommend that customers using our storage facility ensure they have adequate insurance for their stored items. Insurance of your goods is a requirement under our terms and conditions, and those of all companies within the industry. The insurance cover must reflect the true value of the items being stored at any time.
Please advise the value of your goods at the time of taking out a contract and provide us with a copy of your insurance documentation for our records.

• Photo ID – One piece of ID with your photograph on it e.g, your passport or photo driving licence.
• Proof of Address – One piece of ID with confirmation of your address e.g, bank statement or utility bill less than three months old.
• Future Address – Your future contact address if it differs from that on your ID.
• Emergency Contact – The name, address and telephone number of an alternative contact in the case of an emergency. (These details must be different from the details given above).
• Valuation – You will need to declare the full new replacement value of the goods in the storage unit.
